Edible lace for decorating cakes is an easy yet effective technique. Here you will find all the mats and mixes you need to help you to produce lace incredibly quickly, simply and economically.
The mixes we sell all have instructions but basically you just add water and stir, you can also add edible colouring at this stage too. Next spread the mix over a lace mat using a palette knife or plastic scrapper. Place in your oven on a very low temperature for about 20 mins or so until you can peel the lace away from the mat. Store edible lace pieces between sheets of waxed paper until you're ready to use. Have fun !!
