Class Bookings - Terms & Conditions

It is important that you understand our terms and conditions when booking yourself onto a class or workshop.
Booking a Class
To secure a place we require FULL payment at the time of booking.
Materials and Equipment
Generally all the specialist equipment you need for your class will be provided. Most of the materials are also usually included, but please do check your class details.
Cancellation policy
Lindy’s Cakes Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change a class or workshop. If we cancel a workshop a FULL refund will be given. Please note that this does not include travel and accommodation expenses.
COVID-19: We are asking all students to take a lateral flow test before they attend a class and produce a negative result. If you find you are positive then you may transfer to a future class.
No refunds or transfers can be made if a student simply does not attend the booked class.
For cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, TRANSFERS to another workshop are made at the discretion of Lindy’s Cakes Ltd and only if applied in writing up to 7 working days before the class starts, an administration fee of £25.00 is payable if a transfer is agreed.
