It is always exciting when the first batch of a new book arrives….there is an air of excitement and a real buzz in the office here at Lindy’s Cakes. Then it’s all hands on deck to despatch the pre-orders, which we managed in record time this year due to our new and much more efficient postage system!
The hard work is all done on my part, so I’d now like to hear what you think…

Congratulations on this masterpiece and the masterpieces within it! I am (not so) slowly working my way through the recipes and have been out shopping for pineapple today. This book has definitely inspired me…and my friends who have suggested I make 400 cupcakes for the school Christmas fair. Thanks, Lindy!

It was seeing 1 of your books that grab my attention and punched my brain into gear and shouted at me to get baking.
I love your books and have a few now, I bake every day and make lots of different creations.
