    Adding my thanks to you for a wonderful day on Friday. Thoroughly enjoyed learning new skills and meeting a lovely group of equally enthusiastic ‘students’. The day flew by but it was worth all the effort to come from Dublin. I already have an order for 50 dresses!!!

    Wow Grainne well done. I hope your flight back was good. I ordered some cutters and embossers yesterday which arrived today. Thank you for the swift delivery! I am looking forward to making some more shoes at the weekend and also the balloons on sticks for my daughters birthday.

    Tip for the balloon cookies: you’ll need the cookie dough slightly thicker than 5mm, so that when you insert the sticks they go completely into the cookies. Have fun!
