“Sharpen up Afternoon tea” is the title of an article that has just appeared in the BBC’s Olive magazine, June 2011 issue – if you are not familiar with this publication, olive is a stylish, monthly magazine for food lovers. It is beautifully presented and brimming full of culinary ideas. You will see from the extract below that readers are encouraged to “learn how to move from a cup of builder’s and a rock bun to an altogether more refined affair with afternoon tea masterclasses”. We at Lindy’s Cakes could not agree more! We are thrilled that our classes feature along side those of head pastry chef, Nick Patterson, from the prestigious London hotel Claridge’s. Fellow author Giuliana Orme who runs afternoon tea and baking classes from her home in St. John’s Wood, is also featured.
