Lindy’s NEW cake bible book goes down a treat

I had a feeling that my new book ‘The contemporary cake decorating bible’ was going to prove popular with my students, fans and fellow cake decorators but nothing had prepared me for quite how popular it was to be at last weekends ‘Cake International 2011’ show at the NEC. I have never in my life signed so many books all at once….We have worked out that during the 3 days of the show, I dedicated and signed a book every 2.5 minutes that the show was open to the public!!!! That has to be a record… and  no wonder I was experiencing pains in my hand.
