My new cakes for the DVDs are well on their way to being completed. I’m particularly pleased with some of the new designs, they have worked really well and look stunning – even if I say so myself!!!
So its 3 weeks until filming…… the film company I’ve employed are delightful, they have many year’s experience in the television industry and between them have won over 20 International Awards, including BAFTA, Emmy, and Royal Television Society Awards – so they know what they are doing!!!!
They will be filming using 3 cameras, to enable them to film lots of close-ups and details from different angles, and producing the DVDs to broadcast quality – Just what you’ve asked for!
The only downside of this for me today is that it’s a beautiful spring day, it’s a Sunday and I would dearly love to be gardening – another passion of mine. I spent the afternoon in the garden yesterday and got a split nail and a few scratches….so I’ve decided its probably best not to do any more……its only 3 weeks!!!

I’m glad to know that you are on the way to complete the DVDs, specially the Wonky Cakes DVD. I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina and in my country there’s no books or DVDs with this type of cakes. So, I’m waiting with to much expectative to buy it!
I’ve bought two books in the last time and you are an inspiration to me, I am a begginer in the art of cake decorating.
