- Starting to feel a bit exhausted…. now been in Australia for 4 weeks – my last demonstration is tomorrow morning at John Quai Hoi’s shop #
- Found a shop in the centre of Melbourne which sells bitesized cupcakes called ‘Little Cupcake’ – obviously very popular as people queuing!! #
- Made sugar handbags decorated with green, yellow, orange and black at this evening dem – not my natural choice of colours but they worked! #

- At last, I’ve seen cakes in Australia with colour!!! I was beginning to think that only white or pastel cakes were made here – what a relief! #
- Found a great little bead shop near John’s cake shop – Bejooled (320 High St Preston) I couldn’t resist buying a few bits and pieces. #
- Now in Melbourne, my cake jewellery dem last night seemed to go down well, but everyone was so quiet! I’m told they were all concentrating!! #

- The cake jewellery dem that I gave last night was really well received, lots of interest & think I just might have inspired a few a have a go! #
- Tasted interesting cake flavours, white chocolate and macadamia and one with whisky – cake bakers in Australia seem to be quite adventurous! #
- Tomorrow night I’m deming cake jewellery at Bayside Branch, Brisbane and then I’m flying down to Melbourne for more dems so join me there #
